I use the freetranslation site that people have listed. But once you translated it into the other language, cut and paste it back, and translate it back to english to see if it really used the right words. Some phrases don't translate well, and it comes out wrong. Having a english/other language dictionary for those words can help you finish off the translation to say what you want to say.
