I've just moved into a student house with some friends and we want to set up wireless broadband for the house. We already have a wireless router and just need to decide on a provider - all the packages I have found so far, need you to sign up for a 12-month contract but we're only going to be in the house until June and don't want to pay for it when we're no longer living there. We're looking for between 2 - 8Mb a month with a reasonable usage allowance as four of us will be using it. Any ideas? Provider needs to be in the UK. Thanks

Virgin internet always used to be the best, as there are no usage limits... Think it's about £15 a month!

I use Lixxus...13.99/month unless I go over a certain usage then it goes up until I reach 17.99. The overall limit is 30 gig a month which, even as a high traffic user, I have not even come close to. They provide up to 8 meg and do not require a contract. I have been happy with them since February.
