someone unknown has added me on yahoo messenger. i didn't accept his add request, but he added me. he tells me that he'll hack my id in 2 days. i never accept or send a file by yahoo messenger. can he really hack my id? i'm so worry.

When my Google Earth application crashed, Application Error Reporting tool appeared. That's basically, not the problem. The problem appeared when I tried to send an error report to Microsoft after clicking the "Send Report" button. It claimed that my computer is not connected to the Internet even though I am already connected to the Internet. The title of the window shows "Active Internet Connection Required" and stated that I need to be connected to the Internet to send the report. How can I fix this problem? I've tried many methods, but it didn't work. Why can't Application Error Reporting tool connect to the Internet when I'm already connected to the Internet? Please help me, please... How to solve this problem? Please help me... And your help is kindly appreciated, truly I am.

with the intel core duo processors. internet should be very fast but after several weeks, it's getting slower and now it's awfully slow. has it anything to do with the internet connection? answers ASAP! requires several minutes to open a page, cant stand any longer.

When I put a CD in my CD drive it doesn't update in My Computer.

This causes problems with games that require the CD to run, because the programs don't recognise the CD as being present.
I can open the CD in explorer and browse the files, but in order to go from one game to another I have to restart my computer with the required CD in the drive.

I'm using Windows XP, Norton Antivirus and a generic CD drive.

Any suggestions about what's going on and how to fix this.
