How do I put BBC programmes from the net into iTunes so I can put them on my iPod?

I have saved them to the PC in Realtime, but they don't show up on iTunes.

Think you put your I pod into your PC via a USB cable then go to the BBC website and click on link and this will dowload it to your I pod.

ipod won't play videos unless they are mp4 format.
You can download a converter to do this. I use a Mac so not sure what program you need for Windows.
