It won't do any good. Just mark it as spam and delete it. All messages marked as spam get sent to them so they can expand their spam blocking database in the future.

i don't think contacting yahoo will be good idea and solution for you since yahoo gets million of requests eveyhour,solve yourself you can find lots of anti-spammers in google, Just Search using Keyword, Top Ten Anti-spamming, Search for Free one, some of them works great, 99.99% accuracy.
