Before you download any so called cleaners beaware that they might be spyware or have adware. Many of them do and in fact open your computer up for more attacks.

certified safe freeware/shareware can be found at http://www.magnisiummedia.com have fun looking through the collection beware the download speed stinks if you don't have the full blown paid access account.
