why my monitor screen has change in a yellow color?

I have sent emails to the same addresses from a different email program without trouble. Just changed to Microsft outlook so I could sync with my Treo PDA phone. I have SMPT Authentification box checked.

I have made Yahoo My Home Page on my home computer, but it still looks work than my Yahoo Home Page on my computer at work. At work, when I go to www.yahoo.com, I see the tabs, "featured", "entertainment", "sports", and "life", with pictures under each tab with the headlines. Why am I still not getting these pictures under the tabs on my home computer? Any suggestions?

I delete all the files and folders containing limewire... was that mean i have no longer contact with limewire?...unless i install it again?And one thing more, I downloaded and saved 2 songs successfully but i dont remember where to find it, is there any way to find it in my computer? My boss's computer has the Microsoft blue tooth keyboard and mouse... I'm thinking that this has nothing to do with the problem but just incase I wanted to let you know that. When we go into explorer, task manager, any screen other than the desktop the window starts bouncing up and down real crazy like. It's almost like someone is taking the mouse and scrolling it up and down real fast. I have run adaware, mcafee, and deleted all cookies, files, and history on his computer but it's still doing it. Does anyone know what causes this and how to make it stop?? Please please help.
