I WANT TO COMPLETE A FORM FROM A PDF FILE ON THE COMPTUTER. HOW DO I?

U can't edit PDF directly, download software called 'paperless printer', convert PDF to DOC file, again u can convert DOC to PDF after editing

If the PDF file was created properly, you should just be able to click in the blank and start typing away. You will not be able to save the completed form unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (a $100 peice of software).

If the form is just a scanned image (ie. if you can't click in any of the blanks), the only thing you can do is print it out and fill it in by hand.

If it doesn't have password protection, you can open it in Adobe Acrobat. You can also open it in Photoshop and put text over the blanks you want to fill in, then save it as a PDF again.

NO !!! you have to convert it to a microsoft word document, print and complete the form.

Note: You can not complete a PDF form on internet, you need to print it
