Answer to the second part of your question... "I can't see add/remove programs in control panel".
In control panel, left hand menu, you should see "Switch to Classic View" or "Switch to Category". Click on it would alternative between the two different views. Make sure it says "Swich to Category" view. This gives you more options, and one of them is Add ore remove programs.

For the first question, you shouldn't delete manually all the "Limewire" files, but used the uninstall program (so your system was restored). Now, that is too late to do that (you probably deleted the uninstall program along with the other files), try to reinstall "Limewire" and then remove it using the uninstall program.
For the second question, try the following: click "Start", point to "Find" then click "Files or folders". In the "Name" box type "*" (without quotes) followed immediatly (no space between) by a part of your song name and immediatly after that "*.*". Then select the "Local hard drives" option in the "Look in" box. Press the "Enter" key and wait until the search is finished. In the results, look for your song, it must be there.

To uninstall programs, it's very important to remove them from the add/remove programs list. Deleting files on their own, can be very damaging to your system.
To do so:
Click Start (Bottom left of your screen).
Click on Control Panel.
Click "Add or Remove Programs".
Select the program you wish to uninstall, in this case, Limewire.
Click the "Change/Remove" button.
Continue the rest of the straight forward instructions until installation is complete.
To search for files:
Click Start.
Click Search.
Select "Pictures, music, or video".
Check the "Music" box.
Type in the songtitle, or part of.
Click Search.

You have to go into the control panel to the "add/remove programs" and delete it from the list.
