Your desire to download a virus onto your primary pc is not a wise idea. Especially if your antivirus system is Nortons or Mcafee. Both pure junk on the market for many years.
Plus why would you want to infect your investment in your pc and also place your privacy at risk.
People who do this are professional security people who's job is to have non primary pc's to receive all the virus that are written in the world They can report to Microsoft or Firefox, etc. etc. holes in their system to create a patch to fix the hole.
I really wish that I could see some logic in your question. Find it hard that you say, "its not any revenge or anything". (The only true reason a person would desire to do what you wish is to infect the pc of your friends).

There are websites you can search for that have viruses available for download for educational purposes. However, if you don't know what you're doing all you'll accomplish is to infect your system.
