My boss's computer has the Microsoft blue tooth keyboard and mouse... I'm thinking that this has nothing to do with the problem but just incase I wanted to let you know that. When we go into explorer, task manager, any screen other than the desktop the window starts bouncing up and down real crazy like. It's almost like someone is taking the mouse and scrolling it up and down real fast. I have run adaware, mcafee, and deleted all cookies, files, and history on his computer but it's still doing it. Does anyone know what causes this and how to make it stop?? Please please help.

Thanks for the advice but that's not what is going on. Still haven't figured it out but hoping that removing the program and reinstalling it will do the trick. Thanks so much.

This may sound like a silly answer, but have you checked the light sensor under your mouse? A single hair in front of the sensor can make your mouse move erratically.

Good luck!
