Can i delete the files thats in this folder "C:\Documents and Settings\~~~~~~~~~~\Local Settings\Temp"

without damaging my computer? There are program setup files in there, that i don't use. . . i was just wondering before i did it.

I have 2 PCs, there are a problems of them both:
First one: when i turn on the PC the monitor giving me flash light without viewing any thing, while the Case is working.
Although i pluged it with another Monitor in lab, but it didn't work though, i pluged it with personal computer out of my lab, it worked (Original Place For the Computer).

Second one: When i turn the computer on, it's monitor is viewing but it making Checking system then becoming frozen, i tried to Format it i couldn't, i tried to delete the partions to one partition i couldn't , giving me 0 BUS and 0 ~~~ Etc>

Please Help me !!!!

Where do people get the BALLS to contact people they know nothing about? And have NOT even a remote connection to begin chatting. I post that I'm a 52 yr old piano teacher from Long Island NY, and also post my photo. WHY would a 44yr old architect from san diego, or a 39 yr old beefy guy from bergen county NJ instant message me? Or, even when I tell the 38 yr old from 5 miles away he is TOO YOUNG to have anything in common with me, he persists until I have to get rude. Don't people have any manners, or even read the profiles we take the time to post?

I loaded a bunch of files for a back up onto my external hard drive, after removing the files, some of them went to the recycled folder on the external hard drive. When I try to delete the recycled folder, it says its in use somewhere (I even booted into safe mode). When I delete the files with-in the recycled folder they just reapear in the folder. How do I completely remove all of these files, so the person I sell the drive too wont see my files and pictures that remain in the recycled folder??

I have sold on Ebay for about 4 years. here is my problem with them. Continually increasing seller fees, they basically protect the buyer and not the seller.who incidentally keeps them in buisness) they pull your listings because you make 2or 3 bucks extra on shipping and handling or some clown thinks your listing violates "EBAY POLICIES"and finally the feedback forum,, these people with 5 or less feedback buy stuff change there minds and want a refund, otherwise they hold you hostage with negative feedback .SO IS IT WORTH IT for the guy or Gal trying to make some extra cash to pay there BILLS?
