I have 2 PCs, there are a problems of them both:
First one: when i turn on the PC the monitor giving me flash light without viewing any thing, while the Case is working.
Second one: When i turn the computer on, it viewing but it making Checking system then becoming frozen, i tried to Format it i couldn't, i tried to delete the partions to one partition i couldn't , giving me 0 BUS and 0 ~~~ Etc>
Please Help me !!!!

Sounds like you have deleted some needed files on PC1, The 2nd PC is undoubtedly screwed up because someone who doesnt know what they are doing is operating it! Methinx you better take a local computer user course and stay away from them til you know what youre doin!

Most of them have answered this...but i'll give u a inovative solution
1st PC has graphic card/monitor problem
2nd PC has hard drive problem for sure
Why don't you use the hard drive of the 1st PC on your 2nd PC and then u'll have atleast one working PC....
BTW. Make sure both PC's have more or less the same hardware configs..or else u will have driver conflicts once the OS loads..

For The first pc
I had this problem before , it's related to the motherboard , i think it's the VGA built in unit in the motherboard and unfortunately i didn't find any solution for this problem , It's time to buy another motherboard
For the 2nd pc
It's your hard disk , probably damaged or bad sectors you can first try to put another hard disk and turn it on install the operating system if it works successfully buy another hard disk

1) Try swapping monitors around
2) Probably dead hard drive.
