replace your video card for the first pc and replace motherboard for the second one

On the first computer:
- Unplug any cable from the CPU and press the power button (to clear the electricity)
- Remove your Video card
- Remove any other card (including your memory)
- Press power button again to ensure there isn't any power left in the system
- Insert only the Video card (leave any other card out from the system, including the memory)
- Plug all cable back in
- Power it on and see if it is showing any picture
- If yes, turn everthing off again and you can plug everything back it (but 1 by 1 and test it everytime you insert it, start with memory). Do this to eliminate or exclude any hardware conflict.

- If the monitor still not showing anything, it might be bad Video Card. Try use other Video card on that system.

For the second computer:
- Check cable and set your bios setup to default.

good luck =)

Hold the DEL (delete) button down when you start it to see if you can get to the BIOS screen, then poke around and look for "Reset BIOS to default settings" This may help or you may have corrupted BIOS or hardware.

Let's try one computer at a time. Comuter details of hardware, OS and sofware would certainly help.
