Anyone tried the email chain letter thing thats going around? It claims you can recieve over £10,000 in a month just from paying someone £3 then ur name gets moved up a list and when ur at number 1 apparently the money starts rolling in? I no people think its a load of rubbish but just wondered if anyones done it at what was the result?

I am downloading movies from sites like bear.share and MP3rocket, but most of the times the files downloaded cannot be viewed. Can anyone explain me Y? I have both Windows Media Player & QuickTime Player installed on my PC but they don't seem to be able to read the files.. Am I doing anything wrong??

Hi-I am running dial-up internet at home (i know that is ancient).

It would always work normal for me until acouple weeks ago. Now I will connect like normal, then within 2 minutes it will slow down to worse than a crawl. No pages can be displayed.

I am running XP. I have Avast antivirus and have run Spybot and Adaware and nothing shows up. It is the same problem with either IE or FireFox. It just seems like there is something running that takes up my internet.

Is there another program that I could run that might get this stuff off my computer so that I can use the internet again?

Any other suggestions???
