I've deleted a couple of files on my comp but i need them now..Can someone tell me a way to retrieve them?

empty your recycle bin if you havent already, they should be there.

Go into your Recycle Bin and choose the files you want to be restored. If you're already past that stage things are going to get pretty complicated for you. When a file is deleted it's simply moved to another location on the disk. It's for this reason that the FBI is able to restore files using special software to catch criminals. What you'll need to do is locate a piece of software that will accomplish such a task. Other than that you're pretty much out of luck.

Look in your Recyle bin. If that is empty already only other option I know of is to use System restore. Go back to before the files were deleted. Be aware of any other changes will also be un done be doing this.

depending on how much time its been since the files got deleted you may be able to retrieve the files using some undelete application.

Do Not Empty Your Recyle Bin !
double click on it and when you see the files your looking for right click on it and say restore it will put them back where they were before

on my aunts compter she has thing thing on it that you click on it ans it tells you eveything youve been on and what you did i think it is called netron sweep something like that or search it should be under the start button

you can look for undelete software online, but depending on what you have done on your computer - it may be too late.
