hi..
i have a computer that when i turn it on, it turns right back off before it dose anything else.
What can i do the resolve this problem?

I have checked all of the hardware componants on the motherboard already.

I have copied my photo's on to my computer & then copied them onto CD disc before, but I'm having prolems now. I have just copied photo's from my digital camera into 'my photos'. They have succesfully been loaded. Under picture tasks (on the left side of the screen), it gives me the options to: 1. View as a slide show 2. order prints on line & 3. print this picture...... It used to give another option which read, 'copy these pictures onto CD', but that option is no longer visable. Can anyone help?

I've been having problems with the songs that I've bought and downloaded from Wal-Mart and their tech said I should just re-install Media Player 10. What do you think and/or do you have any better sugestions. The problems that I'm having is that the songs will play fine on my computer, but they will not sync with my player (SanDisk e130 512MB also expandable). I get an error message that just says "Windows has encounterd an unknown error". I also have a problem of that sometimes after syncing songs to my player, Media Player 10 will start removing songs from the player that were already on there. Any help will be great because I'm getting ready to beat my computer!!!!

is there a program that can scan or detect your graphic card and then give you a report of what its specs are i.e pixel and vertex shader,direct x version,open gl ect
also what is the cheapest card at the moment with pixel and shader model 3.0,and direct 9.0c support
p.s did you know that there is direct x 10 (in vista)

I am goin to buy a new computer next week but I dont know which one to go for.Im not that knowledgable about the workings of computers although I do use them alot. I will mainly be using it for the internet and downloading music.I like the design of the apple macs but I dont know whether I would be at a disadvantage in anyway if i bought a mac as uposed to a PC.I remeber my brother used to have a mac and somethimes things were incompatable with it.Anybody got a mac and had problems?.give me your opininons please.thanks

Ok!! I am trying to email a big file (23MB) to some people. I have Yahoo, MSN, Outlook, and Outlook Express... I can't make any of these send a file out that is bigger than 10 MB, does anyone know of somewhere else I can send it though. in my bulk mail file(spam file) i have noticed many pages at front of bulk file with a date far into the future, like 2036, so that this crap will be at the front pages.
why can't yahoo come up with a spam filter which will automatically refuse to accepy emails dated far into the future.
sometimes an expected email will find its way to the bulk file.its impossible to find anything if you have to go through 30 pages of spam dated 2036.
it seems to me that yahoo could lower the volume of spam it processes by a large amount if it refused to accept such mailings.and since bandwidth cost money, think of the savings that yahoo would enjoy.

What should i do if i just installed my Core 2 Duo and its running at 51 Celcius/125 Farheneit??? Apply more thermal grease? And on top of that i go and touch the GPU or south bridge one of the two which ever is that small processor near the main CPU, well that one burns my finger to touch??? Please help with this??

Where do i go to find those scary video clips you get in emails.
