Is it okay to keep plugging my laptop eventho my battery is fully charged already? Or is that going to ruin the laptop battery?

It is best to cycle your battery... run it on the battery until its at 0 and then plug it in until full, etc. Doing it this way will prolong the battery life. However, keeping it plug in won't do much other than ending the battery life sooner.

Yes it is. When a laptop is plugged into the mains it uses the mains power and the battery charges so it is not in use if it is fully charged and connected to the mains power switch.
