Are you looking for LCD or CRT? I found a couple:

I don't know about fifteen in., but if you're aiming for crisp screen quality packed into a small screen size, the newer smaller Dell laptops have 12.1 in. monitors that have up to a 1280 by 800 resolution ratio. It's difficult in smaller monitors, though, to get that large of a pixel aspect ratio into a screen.

A monitor that small will not handle a resolution that high.

i think you cant do that....try to buy a 29 inches lcd monitor...
