I’m looking for a windows based software that runs on your system, monitoring, various system?

and device-resident logs. When it finds an indication of potential problems, it transfers the information via e-mail to solve the problem

I think it's hard to find a good one. I just know some software like key-logger that can log everything you do on your PC, but sure it can not see potential problems. If you need a software like what you said, it should depend on the specific requirements (I mean what you want to monitor) and mostly that software will be coded based on the requirements.
