125 is about normal... my AMD64 3400+ runs up to 130* F and its been doing that since i got it more then a year ago....

if your really worryied maybe get some case fans ot a larger heatsink for your cpu

and a GPU has its own fan so not much you can do there, unless you want to mod it your self...

i think a good case fan maybe 2

Intel processors are notoriously hot. The temperature you are reporting may not be out of range for this processor, but cooler is definitely always better! I would recommend a bigger heatsink and fan for the processor, solid copper would be my choice. Be sure to clean all of the old thermal grease off and give a nice dallop on the chip for the new heatsink. You want to put a big drop in the center of the processor - don't spread it out! The pressure of the heatsink clips will do that for you without the risk of air bubbles, which will affect performance.
For the GPU, I would also recommend a heatsink - a small heatsink with a fan should work, they make ones that actually stick on (like tape) for about $10, and they've always worked for me!

That is too hot. They are only rated to 95F.

So you can try to re apply thermal grease, sometimes that helps. But you probably need a better heat sink and a processor fan that blows right on the heat sink.

Get the temp down, or it could burn up the processor.

I have an AMD 3000+ and it idles at about 123-127 degrees F, depending on the temp of the room. I haven't had any problems though...once it gets above 136 or so it starts acting goofy. The chip by your CPU is your northbridge...it should have a heatsink on it...if not, get one.
