I can't access my existing e-mail account and don't know why this has happened. I have been using this account for a long time with no problems ever. Then suddenly it doesn't recognise my I.D. Haven't changed anything.This is so frustrating as I haven't backed up my contacts in my address book. Can you please help me? Is there any way I can retrieve this? I have now set up another e-mail account, and will certainly back up now as this is very frustrating!!! HELP!!!!!!!

I have quickbooks simple start special edition already installed on my computer. Im a home user and i dont plan on using it for anything for any finacial reasons and the program takes up a load of memory 595 mb but my computer says i occasionally use it (i dont recall using it) but if i delete it what will happen? Will it cause any programs to not work?

I'm using Norton, Spysweeper and Yahoo Anti-spam and I still just started getting this problem - when I go from my home page to e-mail, it defers to the Yahoo search page with sites about - view.atdmt.com and sometimes doubleclick.com. Sometimes I can only read mail but lose connection before I can reply. I used to play literati but cant stay on line long enough. Bizzarley, Ive been on Yahoo answers for an hour now BUT everything else just loses connection with the server. This happened to me about 2 months ago and I got a new modem. Have cleaned up PC and reinstalled Windows, done virus scan etc. Any clues what is going on?
