i get PERFECT music downloads. but i been tryin to download the movie pirates of the carribean - i've downloaded it twice now - and both times it only downloads 1 hour and 5 minutes - exactly. whats the problem?

Hi my pc has been crashing for two days,I have scanned for virus's, none,did a disk clean up as someone told me that gets rid of all temperary internet files and thought that would save some space.I have 1.3 GHz,128 mb,40GB.any ideas? I am desperate I really need my pc.Thanks in advance.

I have an old HP Vectra VL 6/266 Series 7 MT, which I want to open up. The only problem is there is a lock that I have to have a key to open it with. Well I don't have the key. Is there anyway I can open it without taking a blowtorch after it?

I understand that I can use Nero to burn it onto a DVD, but how can I edit it. When I go to upload it into Movie Maker, it says the .VOB can't be uploaded. So I'm guessing I have to convert it into a mpg? or a wav? How do I do this? Which one is used in Movie Maker?

A page called spywareprotectionpage.net has hacked yahoo.com and I cannot access yahoo. Yahoo is still set on my internet options as my homepage. I have Mcafee and have run it, but it is not getting this page off my computer.

Can someone please please recommend a motherboard or processor or whatever i may need that meet my requirements....

1. computer performance should not deteriorate while i view online video clips or listen to audio clips.
2. computer should not stop responding while i play games on it.
3. i want to play online games
4. i want to be able to upgrade the computer also.
