They don't have time to email everyone about when they've shipped or when payment is received, etc. A lot of buyers like that kind of communication. Also, with the high volume of sales, they do't have time to sit at the computer all day long and answer questions. It might take them awhile to get back with someone and that upsets a lot of people.

My guess would be that in doing so much business, they don't have the time to "personalize" each and every transaction and get back to people with shipping questions, tracking questions, etc. And that ticks people off, for the most part. I don't know. What's your guess?

Because they deserve it....

They don't show any respect for the customers. If you go to Target or where ever.. you expect some customer service. Some of them don't ever respond to emails and harrass people that complain.

The ones I buy from didn't have lots of negative feed back... I buy from 99% or 95% satifactory people...

they get mass products and its shipped with out them even touching it, so they dont know how much is good and how much is crap or when an order is over looked...etc
