opening up an account on some IM service.
Its very simple. just follow their instructions and you have to enter a valid email address.

before you can sign up, install first yahoo messenger, just go to yahoo.com then install messenger

go to www.yahoo.com and click on yahoo messenger there is a link there to download the program and then you can install it. ;)
