I have created newsletters in Microsoft Publisher, but for the anniversary issue I would like to try a new software. Any suggestions?

I am making a web site and I was wondering if any knew where I can obtain a free button maker , What I mean by that is where I can make my own link buttons I do have Paint shop Pro 7.0 but I would,like a real button maker... or at the very least some tuturiols on how to make great looking buttons with shapes and designs on the button itself not ones that are made by tuibes places on the buttons.. etc: Thanks in advance.

I want to know like tutorials, Freeware (No shareware, trials, badware), and other freebies to get me started to create my own Operating System.

I'm looking to get a dedicated server that will run cpu intensive applications which hopefully will get a lot of traffic.

I have a choice between a celeron 2.0 and intel pentium 2.0 server. All other specs are the same. I know a celeron server is slower, but does anyone know just how much slower?

The celeron is significantly cheaper then the intel pentium server.

I was thinking of getting a laptop because they seem very convenient and useful. Are there any disadvantages about having one? Do they get internet access? How do I operate it and keep it working? I was told you can view RM movies via Real Player, but when I try it says I don't have the right codecs.
