Open up a web browser, like Internet Explorer, and see if it's there...I don't think it will appear in AOL Explorer. If it's still not there, right-click on toolbars and make sure Yahoo Toolbar is there.

I have tried everything suggested and more and nothing works. In all the tools sections under toolbars there is no "Yahoo Toolbar" listed. I did re=download it and it appeared for a little while but as soon as I was out of Yahoo and returned it is gone AGAIN.

As of 2016, anyone can download the yahoo toolbar and it will show up on Control Panel's programs, but I defy anyone to get it to show up on Firefox, either in the "view" menu on a page.
