You are allowed 20 answers a day. If people select your answer as the best, you get 10 points for it.

Of course you are.
But some other people try to "game" the system by just randomly clicking "best answer" radio buttons and thumbs up/down favorite answer buttons.
Without some barriers, some people would rapidly rise to 5,000 pionts by simply clicking buttons. By capping you with a daily limit, they force people to go for quality - not just quantity.
Plus, it allows them to offer dedication/loyalty with higher limits. It is essentially part of a "token economy" they use to subtly motivate the user population.

Supossedly god even had a limit on creating this all in seven days so dont feel bad. The second part really isnt posed as a question so I guess Ill just agree.

As a level 1, you can answer 20 questions a day. Once you reach level 2 (250 points), you can answer 40 questions a day.

There is a limit? What is the limit. They probably do it so that you do not just go around posting useless things like:

You have to earn the right to answer questions. And I hate to tell you this, smart has nothing to do with a lot of these questions or answers.

You have to move up to higher levels. Then you can answer questions all day.
