You most likely have some kind of harmful virus. Scan your computer for virus's often and make sure it deletes and heals them, and if your computer keeps crashing, try deleting everything off your computer and downloading the things you need again. That can be done by a restore disk.

Have you been using applictions that could have downloaded spyware or virii?
