i cant remember my password on my yahoo account and i cant remember my secret password either so how can i get into my account without knowing my password or secret code? anyone who can help me i would greatly appreciate it there are alot of saved items on that account and i need in it as soon as possible.

Doesn't it give you a hint as to the secret word?
Yahoo can determine who you are and reset it if necessary. Call them.

Sorry my friend as u said u can't remember secret question of yahoo if which had put in 10 years ago but yahoo delete's ur yahoo account if it is not accessed within a span of not more than 1 year.
i think u should forget about that ID

Email yahoo with your dilemma and they may be able to help you, I'm sure they have ways of detecting if you are who you say you are. You said you wanted a new password I assume that you can log in on your computer and into your account with your old password. Good luck!

I think you are just out of luck, the only other option I know of is open a new account with a new screen name!

it happened to me too. am sorry to say it might be hard, unless someone here really have an answer to this.
i have to re-create a new account and put down the information somewhere now, so i can check on it if i can't recall.
