i dont know much about computers. all i know is i blew out the speakers that came with this HP. need somebody knowledgeable who can recommend good speakers at a reasonable price. my buddy has these ones on his, like 4 little speakers that all connected to the back of his computer like surround sound...soemtihng like that would be perfect

lately whenever i turn on my dell xps, all the fans will whirl at maximum speed, as if my pc is about to take off to outer space. i always end up unplugging the computer for fear of damaging the fans.

on the few occassions that it succesfully reboot, the pc gives me the following error message "pci express operating in X1 mode - press F1 to continue or F2 to setup"

is something wrong with the fans / thermostats?

FYI, my graphic card is Nvidia GE force 6800 GTO

I know you can store photos in Yahoo, however, the size is reduced. I'm looking for a website where I can start saving all my photos and if I need to print them out, the clarity won't be reduced. I do not mind if it is a web site where you need to pay a membership.

I currently have a website where you can sign up to recieve our newsletter but when someone signs up and completes the online form, it just sends me an email with their info and I have to then manually enter it into our ACT database.

My question is: How can I make it so when someone fills out and submits the form, their information is automatically entered into the database?

When i log in to yahoo I am able to click on links and move between folders just fine. However when I select an email or email(s) and click delete, the button depresses, but it doesn't delete the email. It does nothing.

Ive ran virus scans and did extensive spy/malware clean up. Every other aspect of the machine works fine. Its an XP Home, fully updated machine.

Its not only deleting emails, it wont let me move mail to another folder either.

Please help, thanks in advance!

I have a Radeon 9550 256mb AGP video card. Recently my drivers got f'ked up and I tried reinstalling my video card drivers (catalyst software) and it fails saying I need standard VGA drivers first. Well I want to repair the install but can't because the disc isn't working. I can't find a download on the net (doesn't exist), Microsoft and ATI refuse to acknowledge the problem.

SOO.. my last two options are find an older version of catalyst, say v 4.11 ? (which is becoming hard to do) OR try and steal the drivers from another Windows install (which hasn't worked yet).
