Since you did not specify WHAT car you have I can't specify a particular OBD Reader.

Most any auto parts store sells OBD code Readers as well as tons of online sites. Auto Zone (for one) parts stores will read your OBD Codes FREE of charge.

About the only things you may have to make a choice of is Price and rather you want an "All in One" reader for most all car makes and\or Import cars. Or just one for your particular car.

You need a obd computer, I think you can get them at pep boys, sears, almost any autoparts store
