Deleted E-mails AM in need of HELP!!!!!?

Question

Is there anyway to retrieve an e-mail u have accidently deleted. I recently deleted an e-mail that I needed an address from. Does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve deleted e-mails.

If you just recently deleted it then it is probably still in your trash box. Depending on who you use for your email server. Look in your files you should have a trash box in your email. It should be there. If it has been awhile and your trash box has been emptied unfortunately there is no way to get it back sorry.
