You know these files that come with some programs .nfo? I know I can open it it with notepad, they contain come graphics made by chars, whats the program other than notepad to open them?

I need some ideas for my final year project. I have just completed my second year of BSc (Hons) Software engineering. I want to create something based on research, something that doesn't exist yet or to inprove existing technology by doing some research. I am happy to learn new programming languages or technologies.

I have done Network Application Development (socket programming) in my second year as an optional module.

there are 4 errors windows that pop-up when I end the task in task manager... after the install has been out there for over 10 minutes trying to load. Error msg: Could not initialize installation. Could not extract Wise0132.dll to 'C:|DOCUME~1\Omar\LOCALS~1\Temp\GLC10.tmp', CRC does not match. There is not enough space on the disk. There are 4 msgs and the only difference in each is in the tmp file name...GLCE.tmp, GLC17.tmp, GLCC.tmp.

It has a parallel port, not USB and doesn't have bluetooth or anything. My laptop does have bluetooth, wireless internet, etc. I normally use them in the same room, but they're not at the same desk.

I'd like something fairly cheap. Preferably under $50. I've seen bluetooth adapters and other options that were in the $100 range, which is more than I want to pay. Am I being too cheap?

is there anywhere you can download the "start up disks" for 95,98se,and millenium apart from doing them within their respective operating systems
you would think they would ,but i have looked throughout microsoft.com and with no luck

I have an mp3 file thats 8 hours long, but its only 170mbs in size, however nero wont let me burn it onto a cd (even though the cd is 650mb), it will only burn the first 80mins of the mp3. I can burn the whole thing if I do it as a 'data cd' but then it wont play in my cd player....Does anyone know how I can put an 8hour 170mb sound file onto a cd that will play in my cd player?
