how do i change from ethernet to usb on my westel modem?

i have a westel a90 dsl modem,which has a ethernet port and a usb port. the other day my ethernet card on my computer blew. can anyone tell me what i have to do if i want to use the usb on the modem to the usb on the computer.

unplug cables, put in usb cable, install the drivers for the modem, job done, the drivers will be on the cd u got with the modem or goto the makers website.
