Yeah ask your son for the password and once he gives it to you, change it so he can't log into it. If he refuses, call Microsoft and get it rebooted

Restart your computer in safe mode. To start computer in safe mode press F8 while your computer is starting and you will get menu and press enter in 'Start in safe mode' and when windows xp starts in safe mode create new user and delete the user of forgotten password.

maybe possibley ! your administrator account don't have any pasword .
on logon page press Ctrl+Alt+Delete for towice . then in user name type : administrator
and leave password blank .
if it's not working you have hard way to go ;) like windows re installation.:P

open control panel from start,go to users accounts and allow yourself in.....good luck
