how do i create a .VOB file?

im using superdvd creator and it only takes .VOB files

.VOB files are actually the files on a DVD. So basically, it is asking for a 'premade' DVD to burn.

I would recommend that you use Nero Burning Rom, or WinDVD creator etc to convert the movie into a VOB file before burning, although you can use these programs I just mentioned to burn straight to a DVD.
