You can go into registry restore and choose the registry date that was last backed up on your system before you added Real Player.
Check out the site below, it walks you through how to do it. I had to do it once when I accidentally loaded a spyware instead of a player...it worked great for me.
Good luck.

For one thing before you download the real player was your computer working ok.
If you have download this program you may not have enough memory in your computer now and why most of the other program not working properly.
If I were you I would delete real player from your computer and see how that does. But if that don't work then use your system restore and select day and time to restore computer before it mess up. Let me know if this help you with your problem.

All these answers...and all different lol
For a good answer to be given, we would need to know what kind of OS you have (because if you're running an earlier windows like 98 it won't have restore, and linux is a totally different story)
How old is your pc? Older ones I don't think have recovery disks (mine never has and it's a dinosaur) not sure cuz I always fdisk mine myself lol.
Also if you have already tried system restore?

Well maybe when you downloaded the realplayer it corrupted the files in your system so if you still have the recovery disc you run it. Or you restore your system and if still it won't work you contact your manufacturer for your computer or the microsoft for your operating system

Have you set any recovery pointS? Most good programs automatically set them, but you should set them every month.
