If you have the CDs/floppies for your computer's drivers, try those.

If you don't, download off of the internet from another computer, then put it on a CD or a flash drive, then put it into the original computer that doesn't have internet.

Get the brand and model from the front cover of the PC.

Look up the manufacturer's website.

i.e.
http://www.hp.com/
http://www.dell.com/
http://www.gateway.com/

Find the search bar for their website and type in the model number.

This will normally bring up a product page describing the PC with links on the right or left. If you look through these links, it should have one that states "Drivers" or "Software". Click this link.

You will then be brought to a page with all the current drivers/software for your computer. (internet drivers are generally listed as "ethernet" or "modem" if you use dial-up)

Download the appropriate drivers to the computer you're using for the internet. Copy/paste the file to a USB drive/floppy disk or use burning software to burn a cd with the drivers you require.

Power up your computer at home and insert the disk/cd or plug in your USB drive.

Copy/paste the files onto your computer into a folder you have easy access to. (i.e. My Documents - My Drivers)

Open Control Panel - Add Hardware.

Follow the wizard to install the ethernet/modem drivers, when it asks where to look for the drivers (if it can't find them automatically) direct it to your My Drivers folder.

Hope this helps :)

Use a friends computer. Download the driver, put it on a thumbdrive, cd, etc and then install it on your computer.
