Your question really isn't that clear. Are you trying to set up parental control on the e-mail account that you want to create for your child? If so, when you are setting up the account in yahoo there's a step-by-step process so you can follow it and make changes when neccessary. Once the account is created and you're in the e-mail there's a link on the right that says "Options" you should be able to do an extra setup from there. Good Luck!!

you can buy parental controls at office depot and moniter everything your child does... and u can set times that he/she is online... so like the computer can not allow them to go on the internet after 8 pm...
