Just been thinking about it, would you favour an 80MPH limit or higher? or do you think it should be reduced. Why for any answer?

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE OFFERING AN ANSWER:
A friend of mine recently moved and gave her loan company her new mailing address. This address is a mailbox at a UPS Store, and is different from her physical address. She has never given out her physical address, not even to the UPS Store, and uses the mailbox address for all records (DMV, Bank, etc.). She is behind on payments, and the loan company called me since I am listed on a reference. They were trying to confirm her address, and repeated her "physical address", the one that was never given ou t to anyone. How would they have this information? The vehicle is not equipped with lojack or any other anti-theft tracking device.

I got a black car with a one inch horizontal scratch around the end of my rear. It looks greyish. What should I do? I'm paranoid that people will think of me badly because of the scratch even though it's not that easily seen. Also i'm worried that the scratch might get bigger do to sun damage, rain, chemicals or natural stuff. Since it's now not protected with wax or whatever. What would you do?

I think I can get the paint color thingy from the dealership, but i won't know how to put it on and fix it myself. Would i have to repaint the whole bumper thingy? How much do you think it would cost for me to fix it?

Also what happens if I don't fix it?

I think that by doing this I will pay more money in the end than buying it upfront. I am not sure how. Does anyone knows how will I end up paying more if I decide to buy at the end of my lease. I plan to keep the car for atleast 5 yrs. The only thing that is keeping me away is the high monthly payements but I dont mind if at the end i am anyways going to pay more money..
Please let me know..Appreciate it!!!

The one that's all over the news, selling out of california for $90,000. Anyone know how many miles you will get on a single tank or charge? How fast do they go? Im assuming you will need a diffrent kind of license and some of the laws will be diffrent from regular cars to make it road legal. Do they have a website for it? I wonder if they will be easy to get.

We have a 2002 ford windstar. We had the codes checked and we were told that it was 2 of the downstream O2 sensors. We changed those, and still the van is chugging really bad. Does this mean that we need to change spark plugs??? If so, which ones or do all of them need to be changed?? Is there anything else that could be causing the problem?? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

And conversely too, have you ever been in a car accident and wish that you had used your car horn as possible means of prevention?

My boyfriend and I are in debate over car horns- I think they are necessary- I use mine we I see an accident about to happen to try to get another driver's attention. He thinks they are "uncivilized", that using mine will "get me shot one day", and that the "stare down" method is just as effective.

Our non-branded gas station had 7 owners in 5 years. The current lease ends Sept. 30th. So, we'll own & run it.
The facts: It's been poorly run / closed for long periods of time. Our fuel price is .04 cents less then Mobil. The store shelves are empty, we can fill them with whatever we want to sell. They don't have lottery, atm, air (for tires). The road, busiest in the city. Our corner has a long stop light. The current hours, 5am-11pm every day. The manager is committted to stay on. They sell 60,000 gallons of fuel monthly. Inside sales under $300.00 daily.

We've just received our occupency permit & licenses from the state. We've got a good long term contract for fuel pre-paid $30,000 and EFT going foward. We were approved for 7 day Beer/ Wine license and ordered an ATM.

Now, how do we get these cars off this busy road and onto our property? How should we market to the surrounding community? What can we do? "Under New Management" sign is still there from 2 owners ago... HELP
