i dont really know how to drive much, and my dad wants me to take a driving class for my licence.. i am about 18....

Everybody's a comedian - my driver's license measured exactly 3 3/8 inches long.
If you're asking about the length of drivers education classes, that varies. I have seen some done in schools that are over 4 months. I have seen others done privately that ran for 4 weeks. Often times local laws (each state is kind of on their own with this) mandate how long the classes and how much driving time is required. I would check with your local department of motor vehicles drivers license division for this.
If you are asking how long a drivers license is good for - again, it depends on the state .... where I'm at, the license needs to be renewed every 7 years.

Normally they are about 2" x 3" in lenght. Some States give you a permit at first. You must have an age or Date of birth on there also. Not something that says about 18.

Mines about 3 by 5 inches.
If you're asking about the class, ask the instructor. If you're asking how long your license is good for once you get it, 3 to 5 years, it varies by the state.

if ur talking about driving classes they vary depending on state...im takin a drive class now and mine is a 5 week course
