I need a good gift idea for my brother- he loves his car, so i figure it should have something to do with that. he loves to watch car racing too. he has a mustang... i think its a mustang cobra or something. i know nothing about cars and could use some good ideas! thanks!

The suggestion of a detailing gift card is good, as is the subscription, but it can be more personal than either of those. If his car is a classic, a really great gift is to do some research on it, using the VIN, and tell him how special what he owns actually is. For mechanical questions, internet sites like justmustangs.com will allow you to ask questions and get answers. The folks at that site are mostly in Australia, so you'll need a translator for some of the slang, but they are really willing to help if you are serious about having a question answered. Even if his car isn't a classic, your becoming more informed about his vehicle will be a gift he'll be hard pressed not to love....his sis will be able to talk to him about the rings without thinking a jeweler is involved. Now that's love for your brother.
