If you have a car that is front wheel drive, and tow it while leaving the back two wheels on the ground (like your standard tow truck will do), will the miles towed be added to the car's odometer?

i want a car that looks nice and is still reliable.
My budget is less than $5000. So obviously used cars are the way to go. I wanted to know what you people think about a few things
1. What is the maximum mileage of a car that makes you think, nope too old and such?
2. American or foreign/Japanese
3. I really like the Chrysler sebring convertible and Dodge avenger, intrepid and such ... any comments

Why is that the goverment wants us all to go green yet it cost more money to go green, why arent the green cars made more avalible (cheaper). It does not make any sence they would rather charge the big drivers.The solar panels are not cheap, why dont they make it worth are while So has any one any ideas

My family member and his passenger was injuried in a head-on. The car is totaled and they lived. The other driver, under age 18, at fault, unharmed, cited by police, is insured on his dad's policy, driving his dad's vehicle, was traveling on a interstate highway, cited for UnAttention, Lost Control, Improper lane change, Excessive Speed on a snowed/wet road, spin out, crossing his own lanes, then crossing the medium into the grassy area in a spin, then entering lanes of coming interstate highway traffic, hit my family member, both of them had to be cut out of the car by fire dept and transported. .... Today both continuing to recover from this. ... any thoughts how to settle ??? the direction to go and what could I expect as an outcome?

I blew a 6Amp 250V fuse in my car, but when I went shopping for a new one I couldn't find the right one! I found 5Amp, 7Amps etc. I found a 6Amp 125V fuse though. Will that be enough voltage? If not what size/voltage should I use thanks!

i have a set of "cromodora route" wheels, at least thats what it said on the side. does anyone know anything about these wheels and/or a web site about what they are worth. i got them with my bmw and they are wider so they rub in the front and i want to sell them and want to know what i should sell them for.

my satellite radio has static and stays on after i shut my car off. Does it have something to do with the car lighter it is plugged into? the static goes away when i hold the receiver in my hand also. This didnt happen in my other car only a new truck i bought.
