Is this a Driving Test? If so, call the Testing office and ask. In Canada, a perfect score on a regular Driver's Test is "0". Each minor error is worth 5 or 10 points. If you score over 75 (so, about 8 errors), then you fail. There are points off for cutting corners on left turns, making wide right turns, not shoulder checking (or late shoulder checking) before turns and lane changes, driving too slow, braking on lane changes, unnecessary stops at yield signs (when nothing is coming - being too cautious), not looking back when backing up, hitting the curb hard.
You will automatically FAIL if you do anything dangerous or break the law; things such as failing to fully stop at a stop sign, turning right on a red light without stopping first (if that is legal in your state), failing to stop for a pedestrian at a crosswalk, speeding.
I hope this helps.

I did my test 13 years ago and I got 17 minor faults and passed. The important thing is that you don't get 3 minors for the same thing [such as speed control], as that leads to a fail. A few minor faults over all the areas is OK.

you can have up to 15 minors to pass your test any more and that's a fail, any serious or dangerous results in a fail.
