I was considering a chinese motorcycle for my daily commute to work,they seem to be good value but i have heard some bad press about them,has anyone had genuine experience of any bike,not a moped but around the 200cc mark

I took photos of one label near the front of the bike, and another one on the muffler. Where do I find each of the labels, and which is which?

I was thinking of buying a used (20 year old) motorcycle in CO. Of course its cheap and it runs well and is in pretty good shape. How hard, or easy is it to get a title for one that's been lost. I've seen people say its easy, but is it reallY or is it a lot of hassle?

I want to buy a new motorcycle but have owned used bikes for the past couple of years, will dealers let you test drive new bikes, are the bikes on the showroom floor ready for riding, ei do they have gas in the tank and oil in the engine. When buying a new bike what more can be done than just sitting on the bike in the showroom, i need to at least hear it if not ride it

I'm looking to get a custom part for my brother's bike for his birthday. He has a Harley Dyna Sportsbob bike. I want to get him a "legacy points cover".....but I'm not sure it will work on his bike or if it's "culturally" appropriate to put an Indian Larry points cover on a new Harley???

1. Can a custom points cover go on the bike? What do I need to know about the bike or the part before ordering?

2. Is it okay within the harley and custom chopper communities to have an Indian Larry custom logo part on a new Harley???

I don't know much about bikes and don't know if the part can even go on his bike. Thanks for any help in advance!

I'm not wanting to pop wheelies at 80 mph, but I want something that is going to be fast from zero and with plenty of power on a climb and around corners. I'm a little worried that a 600 will seem underpowered or that a 1000 will seem lumbering around corners.

I have an 06 v star 650 and the it sounds like a scooter. I like the look of the of the stock pipes but I am looking for a better sound. Someone suggested repacking the pipes but I can't find much advise how to get started with that. Any suggestions?

I am 230lbs. and bought a larger spring from Race Tech, but didn't have the money to buy the fronts yet. Will it ride like crap or possibly be dangerous? I am riding this weekend.

OK I did a stupid thing and left the lights on on Friday night (the last time I rode the bike). I did not realize it till this morning when it was TOTALLY dead. I have a battery charger, but I am completely lost as to how to get to the battery. How do i get to the termonals to charge the battery? I have the side cover off, do I actually have to take the thing apart and pull the battery out?

i hav a sticker set for my blaster but it doesnt say where to put them. i hav 2 that say BLASTER and they are big, 2 that say 200, then i hav 2 smaller stickers that say YAMAHA and 2 bigger that say YAMAHA, i just am not sure where to put them.

Hi, recently my Yamaha RD125 MK2 hasn't been starting up properly from cold or even when its warm and today i cant get it started at all. I cleaned the carb up and still get nothing. I tried kickstarting it whilst my finger was over the spark plug hole and it did not force my finger off so im guessing the compression is low? Ive also tried new spark plugs and fresh fuel but still nothing.

Does anyone know what i can do to make it start? This has only started happening recently and im guessing it might be piston rings or head gasket maybe?

I want to buy a bike. I have always wanted to buy one, and now that I can, I really want to. But I am not sure which one to buy. It needs to be sporty looking ( like the Yamaha FZ6), should also be ride able on unpaved roads and should be street legal. HELP !!
