Generally the answer is they could be
Most are built with little or no silencers whatsoever and this will make them illegal to use on UK roads but then most standard Harley's have illegal pipes
Lighting is another issue and I feel that some lighting comes very close to the limits of our laws
Watched Biker Build Off tonight and Cory Ness built a great "W" tripple that would really look cool on our roads

It depends. Every place has different laws regarding what is legal on motorcycles. They even differ between states in the US. There is no reason why even those theme bikes shouldn't be street legal except for maybe a few minor things. Some things that some places require include turn signals, mirrors, and mufflers. Other stuff is pretty universal like a headlight and brakelight and things like that. Check out your local DMV laws to see what you need for a street legal bike. OCC makes regular production bikes too but I would never buy one. Their bikes are ugly and overpriced.

Provided they meet the requirements set by the MOT test then yes.

A handbuilt bike will need an SVA test. If it passes this then you will be given a frame number (you can make up your own if no one else has it!)

Go ahead and build the dream!

I would say no but check with the local Department of transportation and see if a 7-9 foot long bike is legal there.

Tell them it is stretched and raked tip to tip 7 foot+

Normal bikes are less.
