i want to rewire my honda xl175to run all its electrics directly from magneto thus removing battery from system.i will be removing all excessive lighting(blinkers/running lights etc. i want to make a street legal ,offroad bike w / minimum weight and electrical system thank you

I plan on picking up my motorcycle tomorrow, the high is going to be 64-68 degrees. If I'm traveling at 70 mph, is it really more like 40 degrees?

it has been stored in a shelter and looks good with all the extras on it, windsheild, bags etc.. but it has almost 10,000 miles on it. the seller wants 6000.00 for it. what do ya'll think of this?

I have a 1982 Honda CM 450. It's in great condition (and only 12,000 mi).

BUT, it has a high center of gravity which I really don't like. Should I try to sell it or just do some modifications? And what mods should I consider?

It has more than 22,000 miles, a nice dent on the muffler and I sometimes can't even start it (it idles hard).

I purchased it on eBay for about $2500 and I hardly even had a chance to ride it.

Dump it or keep it?

I've looked at the Buell Blast, but i'd really love to get the Buell Firebolt XB9R. Does the course prepare riders enough to (relatively) safely handle a bigger-engined bike as such?

A friend of mine recently changed the oil in my Ninja ZX-6 and the next morning I noticed a very slow leak. I went to tighten the oil drain plug and after it got just a little tight, it started to get loose again. I'm almost sure it's stripped and it's still leaking a little. I took it to the local bike shop and he said best case scenario it's going to be 150-200 bucks to fix and worst case much more. Is there an easy way to fix this problem?

The bowl screws are of course facing one way, it is incredibly difficult. There is almost no clearance, I fidgeted with it with even the smallest screw driver for thirty minutes. The bike has been sitting 10 days, has fuel stabilizer, but I am afraid of jets getting clogged. Anyone have any tips?

Can anyone tell me the on road price of the new karizma. i am getting a major shuddering from front end when applying front brake the harder brake is applied the more severe shuddering is. have an idea what the problem is. brake disc is ok brake pads ok. any help/advice much appreciated.
