If you are in the UK the easiest way is to get what many call a "daytime mot". All the bike needs is an electric horn and road legal tyres. Which means they mus have a minimum of 1mm tread and if they are knoblies, the gaps between the blocks must not be bigger than the blocks themselves.

You don't need any lights, indicators, mirrors, a speedo ect

i would not say converted rather. yet one among my superb friends and the guitarist for our band now did no longer understand lots in any respect approximately punk or pre-punk as quickly as I met him. He became a reasonably large metallic head, nevertheless is to be honest, yet he had a perplexing time appreciating issues that weren't as complex and speedy and technical as Slayer or Megadeth or Sepaltura, yet with the aid of the years via fact that song is a good sized area of the two our lives we uncovered one yet another to our own musical tastes. and because then he's quite found out that some properly located chords or a normal yet catchy progression is well worth each and all of the means interior the international. even nonetheless he nevertheless study up on each little thing and is ridiculously solid at guitar of any variety, the song he writes himself is only about continually a cool riff or progression and his CD sequence has a quite large punk element to it. And in tunr i've got taken a liking to three of his metallic, even nonetheless I nevertheless won't be able to stand something with gruesome gruff vocals, like Sepultura or that style of subject. I definitely have even nonetheless taken a wierd liking to the CD Reign In Blood with the aid of Slayer, do no longer understand why.

What state do you live in, for that matter what country. It might be cheaper to buy another bike if you live in California. In California only a custom bike manufacturer can make it street legal

copy and paste that link. you need the dual sport lighting kit. they dont list the older bikes in the catalogs anymore but they still have the parts. install the parts, get dot tires, and call a cop. they have to fill out an affidavit that the bike meets the requirements for street operation, and then you can get a title and registration for it. call baja designs and they will hook you up.
