I have a BMW R1200C. Should I go through the dealer? I still have a waranty for a few more years.
it's in ok condition. I rode it A LOT!

i have 76 honda CJ 360
when i start it, it runs too low rpm,, it kills the engine
i have to hold the trottle a little to stay running...
what can i do??

I'd like to buy a scooter and commute to work on it. How far can you go on one? Would a 30 mile round commute be ok daily?

And how much are they please? (second hand)

My 2006 Roadking seems to get lousey MPG. I had a 98 Roadking and it got over 45MPG. What mpg are others getting with their newer Dressor Harleys and Roadkings?

I bought a craftsman and it will not go under the frame, it misses by about .5 inch. It's as low as is possible already. Tires are fully inflated.

I had a lot of fun attempting to ride a friends Suzuki RM250, my first time ever, but its obviously not ideal for learning on!!

I'd like to buy a bike to learn on and do my CBT, something that can go on and off road, I will be riding mostly off road but would like it to be road legal, so it would need to be 40bhp or less. What would you recommend as a good first bike to learn on, and why?

i am trying to clean out my exaust because it is clogggged!!!
it started to exaust out black powerly smoke...or carbon
and making puffy sound every 5 sec with a lot of powder.
however... i took out the exaust and it was kinda heavy...
HOW DO I CLEAN THIS THING!!

I just bought a 2005 HD 883L. It's a beautiful bike and I don't want to damage it or me. I cannot take the motorcycle safety class until April, but would like to practice now on a smaller bike. And, I don't want to take the test on my HD. I don't know anyone I could borrow a bike from. Are there places that rent bikes. How do I get practice? I live in the country boonies, so I can get by with practicing and just having my permit. My fiance's bike is a Road King, so, no help there! My bike is heavy and I have a torn ACL in my right knee which will be replaced this month. This effects my strength and balance. Am I just being too anxious to ride?

Do Harleys hold their value so much better? Eg.(90 FXR 10-12 K used) . If one can even find an old Jap bike they're worth only pennies. Does this support,Jap bikes being better? Why as Japanese bikes get older they disappear ,but Harleys become Vintage or Classic and even more valuable?

Took my kawasaki off the road end of November, took me a while to finish the Guzzi (Waiting for parts), brake pedal snapped while doing MOT took a week to find some one to weld it,then repaint it,cost more money to re test it etc,then couldn't find the V5,took weeks to sort that out cos its christmas an everyones on holiday,(lazy sods), finally got road tax this morning and now its p*****g it down and I can't find my winter gloves. Oh f*** it, I'll walk the dog instead, its nearly the same as racing round Peak district on classic Italian sports bike.
So hows your Day?
